Psalm 133 What does Psalm 133 tell us about unity in community? • It tells us the goodness of unity in community Psalm 133:1 “Good”means “agreeable, or beneficial, excellent,.” “Pleasant” means “beautiful, sweet, or lovely.” It reminds us that we are ‘God’s people’ - God’s family We don’t always get along but we seek the God Advantage to live at peace • It tells us the source of unity in community Psalm 133:2-3a God is the headwaters of unity Division is the devil’s playground Unity is like precious oil poured over your head Unity is like the dew of Hermon falling on Mount Zion • It tells us God blesses unity in community.
