If you were in Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, do you think you would have shared the crowd’s response, the disciple’s response, or the pharisee’s response? Or would you have responded differently? Try to place yourself in the context, and explain your answer. 5. What misguided expectations for Jesus have you held in the past? How did you work through those expectations? The disciples spent quality time with Jesus and still lacked understanding of who he was and what he had to do, only later to realize the truth. How does this encourage you in your faith? 7.
