You are welcome at Westwood's Chapel Service. No matter where you are in your faith journey, we want to help you grow and connect.

The Chapel is held at 8:30am on Sundays in the Woodside Worship Center at the Chanhassen Campus. This service is a little quieter and more intimate than our modern service. It features acoustic music and timeless songs of faith with the sermon message delivered live from our pastor.

  • What do I do when I get there?

    New here? We would like to meet you! Before or after the service stop by the Info Spot (located by the front doors) to receive a welcome gift. Our friendly volunteers can answer any questions you may have and show you around. If you let us know you are coming by planning your visit, we’d love to buy you a cup of coffee at our Café.

  • What's available for my kids?

    Kids are a priority at Westwood! We partner with families to help kids grow in faith and character in a setting created just for them! If you have kids birth-grade 5, we have wonderful, age-specific experiences just for them! We suggest arriving 15 minutes early to get oriented and the kids registered.

  • What is the service like?

    The Chapel service takes place in the Woodside Room at the Chanhassen Campus at 8:30 each Sunday. The service features timeless hymns and songs that are familiar to many. It includes participative singing focused on the congregation and led by a volunteer choir. Voices and instruments are less amplified than our modern service and more acoustic in nature.

    In addition to musical worship, The Chapel service features a live message that takes the truths of God’s Word and relates them to our everyday lives. Our prayer for all our services is that our worship moves us to be and love like Jesus. Wherever you are in your faith journey, we believe you will leave our services encouraged and loved!
