Hope for the Holidays (Chanhassen Campus)

Hope for the Holidays serves our most vulnerable children and families in the Twin Cities area by linking arms with a variety of Westwood community partners this Christmas season.
On November 19th, November 26th, and December 3rd we will be hosting a gift collection drive, asking you to donate new gifts. Tags will be available at the collection stations at each campus so that we are able to meet the specific gift requests for the children and families we serve. The final date to return gifts will be December 3rd; please return your gifts to the campus you collected a tag from. For more information email outreach@westwoodcc.org.
