Annual Meeting 2023

The Annual Meeting will be held in person at the Chanhassen Campus and online on Sunday, September 17th at 12:15pm.

Everyone is welcome to attend. Members will participate in the ratification of new church members, leadership board members, and nominating committee members. Members will also approve the church goals, the Fiscal 2024 budget and the plan for an expanded Hope House. Please plan on arriving early. We will have complimentary drinks at the cafe and snacks available. Check-in will start at 12:00pm.

If you are unavailable to attend the meeting, please submit your request for an absentee ballot here. We will send you a link for the absentee ballot after we receive your request. Absentee ballots must be submitted by noon on Sunday, September 17th.
