The best thing about the digital age we live in is that we are always available. The worst thing is… we are always available. The sermon series “The Digital Invasion” continues this Sunday. We will look at the effect of technology on our lives and our relationships, as well as provide resources for parents dealing with the digital challenges faced when raising children. We will explore the spiritual challenges and opportunities brought on with technology as well as consider the benefit of digital boundaries to guide and protect ourselves and our families.
Westwood is sponsoring “The Garden of New Beginnings” to bless individuals and families in need in our community. Beginning on Sunday, April 19, stop by the lower level link to pick up a flower, indicating an item needed. Drop off purchased items by Sunday, May 3. Westwood is not able to accept cash/check donations for this project. If you would like to volunteer to hand out the flowers on a Sunday or to sort the donated items on Thursday, May 7, please contact Vicki Stahlke.
