Support for couples begins right away at Westwood, before they marry. Couples getting married at Westwood are encouraged to attend the Marriage Preparation Course which is offered in February of each year. This is a 5-week course which covers the topics of communication, commitment, resolving conflict, keeping love alive, and shared goals and values. After completing the course, couples meet with the pastor performing the ceremony to begin the next steps in preparation for marriage. Registration information will be available online in January.
