Tuesday Morning Bible Studies
Begins January 17, 9:30-11:30am

The Gospel of John
The Joy of Living Bible Study  (live teaching)
Cost: $28.50 before Jan. 3, $33.50 first day of class
Class meets: January 17—April 24, 2012

Whether you are brand new to bible study or a long-time student, this study will help you to discover how to live the abundant life that Christ intends for you.

James:  Mercy Triumphs

James doubted Jesus, but one glimpse of the resurrected Savior turned him into a disciple.  Come along on this study and see how God’s mercy triumphed in James’ life, and how it can in yours, too.  Personal study, along with 9 video sessions, look at the topics of joy, hardship, faith, reversal of fortune, wisdom, the dangers of the tongue, humility and prayer.

The Land Between: Finding God in Difficult Transitions

It is our response to the land between that will determine whether our journey through the desert will result in deep, lasting growth or prove destructive to our soul. Follow the ancient journey of the Israelites through the wilderness (the land between) to their new home in Canaan (the land of promise). Discover how their journey can serve as a guide for us.

Seek God First: A First Place for Health Study Series
Cost:  $19 before Jan. 3,  $25 first day of class
Study meets:  January 21—April 14, 2012 

This Bible study will help you explore the importance of surrendering your mind, body, emotions and soul to Jesus.  Through daily study and prayer, you will discover how to center your life on Christ, overcome temptation and find true satisfaction in pleasing God.  Lasting change from the inside out begins with we seek God first!  Included in this study are scripture memory, Live It Trackers to track your diet and exercise progress as well as two weeks of menu plans with recipes and detailed nutrition information.  Beth Moore calls this “A life-changing program with biblical integrity.”

Jonah:  Navigating a Life Interrupted
(plus a bonus “seed” study)

 What do we do when God interrupts our lives?  Many times, like Jonah, we run!  In this Bible study, Priscilla redefines interruption and shows that interruption is actually God’s invitation to do something beyond our wildest dreams.  When Jonah was willing to allow God to interrupt his life, the results was revival in an entire city.
