Pursuing Christ Together is an invitation to strengthen your walk with God. By meeting consistently with one other person, you will be encouraged to follow Jesus Christ more closely. Your faith expression will be encouraged through:
- Bible reading and discussion
- Mutual encouragement
- Connecting faith and life issues
- Prayer and reflection
Through Pursuing Christ Together you will learn what it means to follow Christ and grow to understand the connection between a faith relationship with Christ and the real world. You will learn how to nurture a closer walk with God.
You will meet with an individual equipped to encourage you in your pursuit of Christ. Together you will select curriculum designed to facilitate Bible study and life application. The initial commitment is six to eight weeks. Time, location, and number of sessions are defined by the two of you to fit your specific situation. This ministry provides one-to-one/two opportunities for learning the basics of faith, Scripture and spiritual life.
