Life's challenges and difficulties sometimes require us to be hospitalized.
If you find yourself hospitalized and would like a visit from a member of
Westwood's Care Team or if you would like someone to pray with you prior to
surgery, please call the Westwood Office at 952-224-7300. We would love the
opportunity to be of spiritual support and encouragement to you.
When You Are Hospitalized
Federal privacy law limits
release of medical information by healthcare providers. This impacts the amount
of information Westwood is able to receive about your presence in the hospital
or your condition. If you would like to be visited by a pastor or visitation
team, or would like to be supported in prayer, please inform the hospital that
you would like information shared with Westwood. We ask that you also contact
the Church Office should you be hospitalized.
