Westwood was born on Easter of 1995. One of my first prayers for the church was that it be marked by God’s love. I still pray these words for visitors today as I did then: “Lord, may all who come say ‘Oh, how they love their God, Oh, how they love each other, and Oh, how I want that love.” If we could just get the love thing right everything in our lives will be better. God gives us the roadmap to love well. So it doesn’t matter where you’ve gone to church in the past, or even if you have not set foot in a church for years. You’ll be able to come to Westwood and know from day one, you are welcome and you are loved. Jesus came to bring purpose, help and hope to all of us. We seek to provide biblical teaching that is relevant to your life today and every day, ministry to you and your family that will be useful and God honoring.
